Revlon All In Tubing Mascara creates lightweight 'tubes' around each lash for buildable length, volume and hold. Once applied, the glossy formulation binds to lashes and will not smudge or flake. Remove easily with warm water.

Place brush at the roots of your lashes and wiggle at the base, then draw the brush out and through the tips. Repeat for more volume, length and desired look.
