DOSAGE: ADULTS: Take 1 capsule daily.

EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:
- Turmeric extract: 185 mg
(Equiv. to Curcuma longa root 18,642mg: 175 mg curcuminoids)
- Black Pepper extract: 45mg(Equiv. to Piper nigrum seed 2,250mg)
- Encapsulating aids.
