Formulated Meal Replacement. This product should not be used as a total diet replacement.
Protein Blend [Faba Bean, Wheat (Gluten), Pea], Maltodextrin, Dietary Fibre [Inulin, Psyllium Husk], OptiBiome® (5%) [Chicory Root Fibre, Glucomannan, Chromium Picolinate], Coconut Milk Powder, Flavouring, Minerals [Calcium Phosphate, Potassium Phosphate, Magnesium Oxide, Ferric Pyrophosphate, Copper Sulphate, Zinc, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Selenite, Sodium Molybdate, Chromium Chloride, Manganese Sulphate], Green Tea Extract, Sweetener (960, 955), Vitamins [C, E, B3, A, B5, D, B6, Folic Acid, B2, B12, Biotin, B1].
Contains Wheat, Gluten.
Mix 3.5 level scoops to 350ml of chilled water in a shaker and shake to dissolve.
Drink immediately, do not store for use at a later time.
Replace up to two meals per day and have a well-balanced third meal and snacks.
Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water per day.
