Rose otto oil is an uplifting aromatic essential oil and an iconic beauty ingredient. Acclaimed through the ages for its use in skin and hair care, we have combined this precious essential oil with a select blend of ingredients to create a toner that can purify, soothe and restore.
Directions:
Apply to cotton wool and wipe gently in upward movements over skin morning and night. For best results use Dr Organic Rose Otto Cleansing Milk before and follow with a Dr Organic moisturiser.
