Each dose contains 1000mg of certified organic loose herbs of:
- Hypericum perforatum (St. John's Wort)
- Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm)
- Glycyrrhiza glabra (Licorice)
- Chamomilla recutita (Chamomile)
- Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower)
- Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender)
- There is no sugar, caffeine, artificial sweeteners, colors, flavors, preservatives, gluten, or dairy in this product.

DIRECTIONS:
- Use 1 level teaspoon (1000mg) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
- Adults & children over 12 years: 150ml
- Children 6-12 years: 100ml
- Children 1-6 years: 50ml
- Infants 0-12 months: 10ml
- Repeat up to 3 x daily.
- For children and infant dose, make an adult dose and extract the required volume.
STORAGE:
- Close tightly and keep away from heat and moisture.
