Same Day Delivery - FAQ

With our recent launch of same day delivery, you may have some questions that you are dying to know, we have compiled a list of FAQs to answer your questions, if none of the below questions provide an answer you're looking for than please contact us. We are happy to help!

When do I have to get my order in to get my item(s) delivered within 2 hours?
Orders must be submitted 2 hours prior to relevant store closing time. Please refer to our Locations page to see store hours. 

How long does the delivery service take?
Your delivery should be with you within the next 3 hours. However, please keep in mind that sometimes delivery times can change due to factors like traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

What will it cost?
NOTHING for your first 2 orders when you sign up to our database (between Monday 13th May 2024 and Sunday August 11th 2024). After this you will pay $14.99 when using same day delivery.

 

Can I schedule my order delivery?
Our promise is to get you your order within 3-4 hours but unfortunately Bargain Chemist deliveries cannot be scheduled for a later time or future date at this stage. This allows us to always have up-to-date information on what products are in stock and offer our customers the most convenient way to get products delivered.

Where does Bargain Chemist Same Day Delivery deliver?
Same day delivery is currently available all in areas excluding Te Awamutu as unfortunately there are no Uber drivers that can deliver in this area. For all other cities with a Bargain Chemist, same day delivery is available if there is a store within a 10km radius!

How can I track my package?
If you want to track your package, just use the link that we sent you. It's super easy and you'll be able to keep an eye on your item every step of the way.

What should I do if my parcel hasn't arrived?
If your parcel hasn't reached you yet, don't worry. Just use the link we sent you to track it. This way, you can easily find out where your parcel is within Uber's network.

Can I pick my parcel up from Bargain Chemist if I have been advised Uber could not deliver?
Before you make your way to the store, it might be a good idea to get in touch with us first. We will let you know if your item is ready for pick up and save you a trip if it's not quite there yet.
