What are my delivery options?

We ship using New Zealand Couriers and Post Haste.
Free Shipping for orders $50 or over.
$5.99 for orders under $50.
Please note: Rural delivery may be handed to a third party so please allow 24/48 hours extra.

How long will my refund take?
Refunds may take up to 7 days to be processed by our online + store teams so please try and be patient with us! If you still have not received your refund post the 7 day period please reach out to our Customer Care team.

How long will my order take?
Once your order has been received by our Distribution Centre in Christchurch or Westgate, it flows through our system to be picked and packed by our team. While we always aim to deliver by the date shown to you at checkout, we’re unable to 100% guarantee that you will receive the order on the date. Rest assured, we will keep you updated via email on any changes to your ETA. 
Your delivery time will be dependent on your location and the item(s) your purchasing but we aim to dispatch within 2-5 working days and 1-3 days shipping. 
Rural addresses may take an extra 1-2 business days once handed over to the local rural service.
Please note: that we cannot guarantee that a parcel won’t encounter delays within the couriers network, public holidays, weekends and natural events. 

How do I price match online?
To request a price match, fill in a request below with the following information:
All you need to do is place your order, leaving a note in your 'order instructions' in 'My cart' stating what product(s) you are requesting a price match with the URL of the cheaper product.
Once approved we will then issue you a refund of the price difference.
Please note all price matches need to be from a New Zealand Pharmacy competitor with a physical store to be approved.
